WhatsApp enquiries: If you contact us via WhatsApp, the content of those messages is received and stored by us for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

Browsing data: We collect data about how you use our website — pages visited, products viewed, session duration, and device/browser information — through cookies and analytics tools described in Section 5.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal information to:

— Process and fulfil your orders, and send order confirmations and invoices
— Respond to product enquiries and customer service requests
— Coordinate delivery with our logistics partners
— Send marketing communications about new collections, offers, and festivals — only to customers who have explicitly opted in (see Section 8)
— Improve our website and product listings using aggregated, anonymised analytics data
— Comply with applicable tax, GST, and legal obligations

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

4. Payments — Razorpay

Payments on our website are processed by Razorpay. When you pay online, you enter your card or UPI details directly into Razorpay's secure checkout. We never see, receive, or store your card details. 5. Analytics and Advertising

Google Analytics 4 (ID: G-1H3QXK9Y91): We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages viewed, session duration, and approximate location (country/city level). This data is sent to Google's servers. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta Pixel (ID: 4260107750985885): We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. The Pixel collects data about your browsing behaviour and may link it to your Facebook/Instagram profile if you are logged in to those services. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook Ad Settings.

Note: Our website does not currently display a cookie consent banner. By continuing to use the site you consent to the use of analytics and advertising cookies described above. We intend to add a consent mechanism in a future update.

6. WhatsApp

When you contact us via WhatsApp — whether through a link on our website or directly — your messages are transmitted through WhatsApp (a Meta Platforms service). We receive and store those messages to respond to your enquiry. Please refer to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy for details of how Meta handles data within the WhatsApp service.

7. Sharing Your Data

We share your personal information only where necessary:

— Razorpay — to process your payment
— Delivery partners (courier companies) — your name and delivery address, to fulfil your order
— Google — anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics
— Meta (Facebook) — aggregated advertising performance data via Meta Pixel

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

8. Marketing Communications

We may send promotional messages about new collections, special offers, and festival promotions via WhatsApp, email, or SMS — but only to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive such communications.

You can opt out at any time:

— WhatsApp: Reply STOP to any promotional message
— Email: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email
— Any channel: Email us at faincy@gmail.com

Opt-out requests are honoured permanently. We will not contact you for marketing purposes after you have opted out.

9. Data Retention

Order records and invoices are retained for the period required under Indian income tax law and the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act — currently a minimum of six years from the end of the relevant financial year.

Account data (name, email, phone, address) is retained until you request deletion. See Section 10 for how to request this.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

— Access the personal data we hold about you
— Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
— Delete your account and associated personal data (subject to our legal retention obligations for order records)
